Hi,
We do not have transitional housing listed for Waxahachie on our site, but try this for rent help which will include rehousing. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... tance.html
There is also a general Ellis County homeless service part of the Continuum of Care, and that information is here. https://www.elliscountyhomelesscoalition.org/housing

I also have a baby on the way and starting a small family but I’d like for the area to be in Waxahachie Texas near my parents. If you have phone numbers or a way to contact someone to help me find out info om transitional housing on how to do this. Please let me know as soon as possible, it would be highly appreciated.

There may be some transitional housing for the disabled in Middlesex County. In fact, we generally know that there are. They support the disabled, poor, people with depression, and others. But since you are only 18 and homeless (right now) you may need to transition into a shelter first.

I need temporary, transitional housing and first months rent and deposit, help paying my mortgage while we can not live there due to the fire. I am disabled and I have one biological son that is severe bi-polar, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, sever depression.
I am a homeless 18 year old who is bi-polar, depression and anxiety, and one more girl and one more boy. My home was their first true home with unconditional love and support and understanding, which they lost in the fire and now their home is were I am. We can not get back into our home for 2 to 3 months and being homeless will harm all of us and with my disabilities I would not last long. Please help us.

Try one of the nearby transitional housing programs. Also, go sue the other occupants. You can bring them to small claims court. It is easy enough to do. So what advice is how we can help. But look at the various transitional housing programs for the homeless, as there are many.

I was living with someone for a year in East Baltimore, whose home was recently foreclosed, and we moved out this past weekend.
The light bill was in my name, and now quite expensive. The other occupants, moved out conveniently, without contributing to the bill,.
I currently have a 2 day position at Anne Klein Watches for the holiday season, which will be ending in 2 weeks.
Please advise.
I hope you can be of some help. I look forward to hearing from you.

We do have extensive information on short term housing solutions. They are a combination of transitional apartments, shelters, and similar accommodations. Many will often accept children too, so your kindergarten age student should be fine in them, and a social worker will help find a long term solution. Find details on the options available from transitional housing.

I am on SSDI and a single mother with a 6 year old child. I have full custody, but receive no child support as father gone. I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada from Utah with my former significant other. It's his parent's house and I must soon move out since the boyfriend and I broke up (his INSANE infidelity). I'm in a new city with few resources. I am trying to get into a low income transitional housing program but need assistance with move in costs and potentially help temporarily with rent. Thank you.

I’m very in need of a studio or a apartment for my son and I. I am homeless and my mother is letting us stay with her until I get enough money saved up. I have my home health aide licensed but could not work due to the fact my son is only in kindergarten for 2 1/2 hours. My mother is disabled and can not watch my son. She has phobia and needs us out of her house. I please need help with a apartment or Transitional Housing. please contact me back.

To Whom This May Concern:
I am in need of emergency rental assistance and I live in Prince Georges County MD. I looked on the list of cities that have programs but I do not see PG County on the list. If you could assist me and point me in the right direction as I have ONLY (NOW) 3 business days left to come up with the remaining balance of rent. If I do not come up with the full balance by THIS upcoming Monday, then my son and I will be evicted and not have a home to come to. Or if you can't get us the money in time, please let us know about any transitional housing programs in the area.
I hope you are able to assist me.

We have extensive listing of transitional housing programs by state and county. Some even focus on single parent too, While the financial aid they offer is rare, sometimes maybe funds for first months rent is offered. That is a possibility for people that go through the formal application and case management processes that they have in place. The transitional resource information also covers the major cities in Texas. http://www.needhelppayingbills.com/html ... grams.html

Listing of transitional housing units and apartments

My mother is putting me out the house and I don't have nowhere to go. I'm trying to avoid going to a shelter again, I’m a single mom with one child. The only income that I have coming is my TANF and I do hair from time to time. I am asking for this one favor if I can get help on my first and last month or first it don't matter whatever I can get help with that will a blessing. Or information on transitional housing in Texas would be great. I'm tired of bouncing me and my son here and there from place to place, we really need our own so I won't have to keep taking him through that it is really stressful. I am looking for work, really need some help.

Well, it really depends on where you live. Some places, like Salvation Army in Georgia, do have shelters and/or short term transitional housing. A listing of programs and agencies to call for housing, rent, and other low income assistance in Georgia can be located here at http://needhelppayingbills.com/html/geo ... grams.html
Many can either offer funding for light and utility bills, or direct people to federal options such as LIHEAP, weatherization, or other grant programs. If you have a place in December not far away so hopefully these programs or charities can help you.
