My name is Andrew. I am 64 years old, on Social Security Disability, and my fiance and I live full-time in our RV. She is 39 yrs old and healing from childhood trauma and narrasictic abuse and a lifetime of every form of abuse and neglect along with loss of her parents and children shes grieving .She also applied for disability it is an active claim right now. We rely on a gas-powered generator to run essential utilities such as our air conditioner, water heater etc which is vital for my health. Additionally, we rely on propane to fuel our refrigerator and gas stove.
We are currently facing financial hardship due to medical bills and basic living expenses. Recently, our CalFresh food stamp benefits were cut off and denied medical insurance from the state of CA Medi-Cal because we do not have a formal lease or documentation showing that we are allowed to park our RV at a fixed location.
Due to this critical situation, I have applied for medical assistance at the hospital to help manage my health and medical needs. I was just in the hospital the other day due to a fall which aggravated my gout I. My knee it blew up real bad and suffering from it now.
Given these circumstances, we urgently need assistance to maintain fuel for my generator and propane for cooking and refrigeration, as well as support with food. Which is critical for my age and medical issues it is getting g very hot here !
