Hi Nathan,
The short answer is "maybe", and the long answer is the government has benefits that can provide money to people over the age of 50. But it depends on your state (such as AR may have some), income levels, and other factors. So while you can think of it as "free money", it is not just literally handed to you or people. There are many criteria, and look here for details. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... money.html

My name is Nathan and I live in Fort Smith Arkansas in Sebastian county. I am in dire need of money from the government for rental. I cannot find anyone or a government agency that has the funds to help. If I don't have my rent paid in full by the 31st, eviction will be filed.
I recently just took a job as an in-home caregiver for my neighbor who is 63. I walk to work round trip everyday! I have not had an opportunity to generate enough income to where I can pay myself as I was recently injured in a car accident and was not able to work for the last couple of years consistently. I'm a senior citizen at 53 years old. I need money from the government. I can be reached at any time! Please help? Thank you.
