Hi,
Sounds like your mom is generally a strong person just with a short term crisis. We have info on Maryland mortgage assistance programs as well as Baltimore. Also try local non-profits in the city and HUD organizations. Look here for them. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... ge_an.html

Looking for help in Baltimore with a foreclosure
Good afternoon! My name is Cynthia and I am in need of help! I've worked closely with your Baltimore organization years ago and I've always sung praises to you guys for all the work you've done for many families. I received news from my mother that she is going under foreclosure on her very first home and I can't sit around and watch this happen.
My mother is the strongest woman I know and this amongst many other things would just break her. if she loses her home to foreclosure I can go into more details, but I'd prefer to talk more via phone. I gave her the information so that she could contact someone in Baltimore to possible help her.... but I know my mother and right now she's very hurt, stressed, and really not in the right state to reach out herself. Please let me know if you'd be able to help in any way.
