Help with bills needed in Bucks County please

Hello, I live in Lower Bucks County. I need assistance with my PECO and my Oil bill. My electric bill is $155.56, and Bristol fuel is $250. I left a message with Salvation Army but haven't gotten any response. Catholic social services don’t have the resources to assist me. Can you please let me know who to call, that may help me? Thank you.
