Beaumont programs needed to help us pay bills

Hi, my name is Sarah and my husband and I along with my 4-year-old daughter are desperately needing help in Beaumont Texas. Jefferson County. My husband graduated with his 2nd associate degree this past year in welding and has been unable to find a job and our electric bills are so high because our rental was built in the 40s and the doors and windows are like paper. We have contacted salvation army, Catholic charities and have had no luck. If you could please help lead me in the right direction, I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much. He is a welder and can't get a job? Really? Y'all got to move to NC I know of dozens of welding jobs in my area. Would assume Texas has many too. I see Texas has one of those government job centers and looks like called Workforce there & I see the site at https://setworks.org/. Try them as they can probably hook you up in a second for jobs and maybe rent help places
