Hi Ashley
So out of a $1200 bill you only owe like $300 left? Ask them for a payment plan. Also who is your utility company in Bellingham? But try this for those resources you need for the area, with many places helping with electric. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... _prog.html

I am surviving on child support, and state assistance. I am unable to work due to medical problems. For the last few months I have become extremely ill! My medical problems have really been affecting my ability to function, and not drop important balls! One of my biggest issues right now is that I got so sick I was unable to go to my appointments for energy assistance and behind on my housing.
My housing case manager was able to finally handle it for me and have me sign the papers later. But now they have less funding available to help, I've made some small payments but it has gotten very backed up. The total of my electrical bill is over $1,200. Through opportunity Council I was able to get 900 of it taking care of. But my electric company is saying that they are going to turn off my power if they don't get the full amount! If there's any possible way you could assist me with coming up with the rest it would be greatly appreciated!
