Live in an abandoned building and need housing

I'm 70 year old lady who is blind and disabled. I'm sleeping in abandoned building and it's 120 degree. He is going to kill me soon I was buying a double wide and a trailer park no one has took it over and would not accept my payment on my trailer. Tey said no your money is no good you're going to be evicted.
I need help now before I die. Why am I being punished for trying to stay caught up on my mortgage payments why was I giving the death sentence. That's what it is I am 70 years old. Like I said I'm living in 120° heat, no water, no sugar, no heat, no air conditioner, no electric no nothing. Building is falling apart and they move his falling in around me I need a voucher for motel or something until I can find permit place again. I live on SSI widow benefits which is a little over a thousand a month.
I cannot afford a motel I am literally living in abandoned building which I would soon be dead if I do not get help. It's 120° out here how can a human survive with nothing. Why am I being treated like this woman elderly. I'm blind and I'm disabled. Why won't nobody help me? I need help now immediately before I die.
