If you're really in an abandoned building with no water or electricity in this heat, don't wait on this forum because that's an emergency. You may die (frankly) in that heat. Call 911 if you're feeling sick from the heat, or call 211 or 988 if you're in crisis and need someone to help you
You didn't say what state you're in or even area, but I'd also call your local Adult Protective Services and tell them you're 70, blind, disabled, and homeless. They can sometimes help get you into emergency shelter or a motel since you are again in risk of dying in this heat. Be sure to stay hydrated too, get water. There are often cooling centers too. Post your city or county too because there may be local motel voucher or emergency housing programs that someone can point you to.
