Any programs help me pay my CPS Energy bill?

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone can help my mother with her CPS energy bill, she was on a payment arrangement with them and missed a payment due to a decrease in wages from her job.
Right now, she is in between jobs and cannot pay, the electricity is off right now. Please help, or refer someone that can.
