Verizon free backpacks for kids on July 28th

Hi Taylor and all,
The program is one day per year and it is called the School Rocks Backpack Giveaway and it takes place July 28, 2024. Local stores run it that are part of the Verizon Wireless Zone reseller, and while the number changes yearly is is generally over 1,000 stores nationwide. While supplies vary, around 100,000 students will get a free backpack for the school year from the store with different basic supplies in the backpack. It is first come-served. There are other local school supply programs too from charities, churches and other groups. These can sometimes per more extensive in what kids can get and may be clothes, sneakers, notebooks, backpacks, books and more. Hello my name is Taylor. I am looking for assistance on the Verizon backpack program for students. I think it runs annually. Can you please post the info? I am a single parent with one job and she needs all this stuff for school that I can't afford and it makes me feel terrible. I need help with getting her clothes and supplies for the school year. As I struggle just put food in our house. She will also sometimes do virtual learning and I will be starting school soon as well for a new certification. Can you point me in the right direction to get help from the Verizon store program? I am lost and cannot find anyone to help.
