Installment debt is causing me problems

I am requesting information on how to get help on my rent and utilities and my credit card debt and maybe a case management to keep budget right. I am a full time employee and a single mother of 4 kids. I have had a little bit of a setback starting a new job just need a onetime help in stallments payments for my bills or debt. I am in serious credit card and installment loan debt that has created such a hardship that I don't have enough money to cover my mortgage, auto loan or basic living expenses. I am afraid that I will have to take out more loans just to stay afloat and then get in even more debt that I can't afford to pay back and will end up homeless.
