Florida low income housing
Re: Florida low income housing
Dear NE FLORIDA Intake Team,
My name is Tracey. I am a 51-year-old educator reaching out for urgent housing assistance for low income people due to circumstances beyond my control that have left me temporarily displaced.
Earlier this year, I experienced a serious workplace incident in which a student threw a laptop at my head. This resulted in significant physical and mental trauma and forced me out of my permanent teaching position. Since that time, I have only been able to work as a substitute teacher, which caused severe financial instability.
I have recently secured a new teaching position at a different school earning $31 per hour which is still qualified me as low income in Florida and was approved for an apartment. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford the required security deposit and first month’s rent at this time. I cannot afford a hotel, and as a result, my emotional support animal and I are currently sleeping in my car.
I am respectfully requesting emergency housing or financial assistance to help me bridge this short transition period. Once I begin receiving consistent income from my new position, I am fully willing to enter into a repayment plan and reimburse any assistance provided. I am happy to provide proof of employment, pay rate, and a written repayment agreement if required.
I am committed to maintaining employment and restoring stability, and I am eager to comply with any intake, documentation, or program requirements.
Thank you for your time, compassion, and consideration. Any assistance or guidance you can provide during this critical time would be deeply appreciated.
Sincerely,
Tracy

Re: Florida low income housing
I was laid off in January 2013. My unemployment has just been exhausted yesterday. My parents are selling the home I live in. They received a good offer and I will be evicted within a month and need some affordable home or apartment. Its a cash buyer.
I have three children ages 4, 8, and 12. We don't receive any child support from their father. I need assistance with long term shelter and housing for my children and I. Also need assistance with school clothing/supplies, and employment assistance too if possible. I live in Flagler county Florida. I don't have a phone, please contact me at this email.

Re: Florida low income housing
Florida has low income housing programs. Florida rental housing assistance programs that are available are the SElderly Housing Community Loan , tate Apartment Incentive Loan, Mutifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, , Florida Affordable Housing Guarantee, and last but not least Home Investment Partnerships programs.
Florida low income housing
I live in the Miami, Florida area and need information on low income housing programs and assistance and options in the Florida area. The economy is so bad down here. What are the income requirements, and how much can I make before I am not qualified for the low income assistance.
