Access DuPage card offers the following. An Access DuPage primary care provider or doctor recommends that an enrollee see a specialist, Access DuPage will attempt to find a specialist to treat them. (So I think that may include vision) Dial 630-5108720

Hi I have a access dupage card from my county that helps with medical and dental, but I am not sure if they offer vision coverage. Is there any one who may know if it does or that is familiar with it?
