Hi, I am struggling to pay my rent and bills. I will be starting a new job on Tuesday and will not get paid until 3 weeks and my rent is past due. I am $500 short of paying my rent and I also owe money to a payday lender.

I wanted to know if there is any assistance available to help with my rent. I take care of my elderly mother and because of Covid I now am taking my uncle and my nephew who were homeless and needed a please to stay. My income is the main income for the household, and I am in between jobs right now. I really need help. I don’t know what to do. I can’t get another payday loan since I am not working yet and I already owe one payday lender. I don’t start work until Tuesday. Been searching online for the past two weeks to look for help and I came across your site. Any assistance for bills would be greatly appreciated.

Well, sounds like a lot to deal with. Payday loans are so difficult too. Not to mention the other bills and expenses you reference. Oftentimes you just need to increase your income some how to get ahead, but see how working in a restaurant can make that difficult.
As far as your payday loans, there are some alternatives to a payday loan/debt. Some of the options and alternatives include credit union loans, debt consolidation services, and other forms of debt consolidation and reduction programs. A non-profit credit counselor is also a great resource as well for you. Programs are listed here.

I need help with all my bills. I have court costs, daycare, gas, payday loans debt, and bank debt. Im a single mother who;s been working at a restaurant since december. I never thought I'd end up in this much debt at one time and so far behind on my bills, and now im struggling with no money late on all my bills, and no food in my home. I cant seem to find another job and I have been applying every night on line for all kinds of jobs, even out side of restaurant jobs. Im stressing myself out because i dont have what i need to get as low as I can in debt. I really need the help right now.
