help paying off hospital bill

I have a hospital bill for more than 1,000 and i cannot pay it as i have no job or income. What can i do to get it waived off completely? No one seems to be helping me out when i call the customer service number provided by hospital. Please tell me where to call or where to go to get my hospital bill waived off.

So what happens when you call the customer service number? As them for any type of charity care. Most hospitals offer this for people with low or no incomes. Also be sure to review the bills for errrors. Towards the top of the page are other links for medical bill negotiation and government assistance for paying off the hospital bill.
