Need dental care and can't afford it so what do I do?

I am in great need of dental help. I went to a low income dental clinic in town and was referred out of town for surgery which I cannot afford. I have lost my job due to the sickness and pain related to my dental problem, therefore it is very important that I get the surgery so that I can start working again and be able to provide for my family.

We have a listing of clinics in North Carolina, and you can call them for information on extractions, teeth issues, etc. We don't provide money either or help with completing forms. So that sounds like you need that wisdom tooth extracted. If so, a dental clinic can usually perform this activity. If your income is low enough, it will normally be done for free to. This is not that complicated of a procedure so a clinic may be able to help in this case. You must not have been searching in the right place as we have thousands of clinics listed! I am looking for help because I need major dental help. Not one or two teeth. Why is it every time I seek something like free dental help. I come across these sites that are not free and are not Pro Bono. I have no money, no insurance, no credit card. I see these side menus where you help with paying bills loan and so forth. I get SSI 889.00 a month. You have about $20.000 dollars I can have? I need help now today. Not help applying for and filling out fifty forms that are not going to get approved. I am inquiring about dental work I need on a front bridge and #6 tooth. I am a senior age 57 disabled and cannot work. I want to save my front teeth (upper teeth) and sure wish I had a pretty smile. I have a 3 unit bridge that doesn't look right and is bulky, thick and unattractive. I am a survivor of domestic violence and the other. I was unable to keep focused until I finally found the women's center for non-violence where I go for therapy and it helps a lot. I just wish my front teeth looked nice so I might could get married again. I think I would like to date but am scared. I have been divorced since 1989 and struggled to raise my only son without child support nor a vehicle. I have been a volunteer worker for 25 years (elderly/disabled) and mission ed for god into this due to I never got paid but blessings meant more. I have a good job and work hard but I ran into health problems about 2 months ago. I didn't have enough PTO to cover it and I have fallen behind on everything. My sweetheart has two teeth that need to be pulled and have been causing her extreme pain for over a month. I have insurance but she doesn't. I have no money to help her and I don't know what to do. I finally scraped rent together by pawning almost everything I owned and I still owe on my gas and power bills which may be shut off soon. I'm back to work but it will take time to catch up. I just filed bankruptcy and I am trying to make a fresh start. I can't stand to see her in pain and I don't know how to help. I have a wisdom tooth that is infected. I have been dealing with on again off again pain, and infection for about three years. I don't have the money to have it removed, and have searched for dental clinics, but can't seem to find any. I also need a eye exam. If you can pay a little bit each month, then a dental clinic in Florida should be able to help. While some people can usually qualify for free services, at the end of the day they do need some funds to operate, and if someone is both willing and able to pay money every month then a Florida dental clinic should be exactly what you need. We have a listing of sites to call. Carecredit may be an option too, but be careful of the fees. Sometimes those with no insurance are given priority too....

i am 29 years old and a single parent of a 8 year old daughter i have i have a dream of one day being able to support me and her completely on my own i want to go back to school and become a taxpayer i want to be able to take her to see a movie spur of the moment or just to get a ice cream without having to say maybe next time well i have a problem i have no dental insurance i am on aid only for her and i am in desperate need of dental work it is so hard i am getting so self conscience i barely ever smile besides what the effect has on job interviews and other times smiling is a big plus...i don't have credit cards never have i have a unpaid phone bill and traffic tickets so i guess that's why i was denied carecredit financing anyway if anyone knows how to help me please please do i can even pay a little amount every month if it means saving my teeth that are able my future and health depend on it any ideas r welcome thank u

That does seem like an excessive price to have surgery one one tooth, especially if it is a sliding fee scale. Three root canals is also a lot, so not sure if a dental clinic in Springfield Massachusetts will help with all of that, as it would be a lot for them to take on. So we do have phone numbers and addresses of additional community and dental clinics in Springfield, and you can find them here in Hampden clinics. Call around and see if they can provide you free dental care, or maybe they do know who you can call for assistance.

Hello,I was wondering if there is help for me to get 3 root canals done on my back teeth,I am in lots of pain I have been trying to find low income based dentists to help me by taking cash payments on a weekly bases,but I have not found a oral surgeon that can help me.I am a patient at the Springfield neighborhood Health center in Springfield,ma they dont do root canals.They gave me a sheet witch has a list of oral surgeon's on it.All of the dentists say they offer a sliding scale and they don't turn anyone a way due to inability to pay,but hey turned me away,they want $700.00 a tooth to do the work.I cant afford that all in one payment at the time of visit..So I am turning to you for help if you can help me with any resources such as Charities,Non profit or Government programs,some type of funding?? I have mass health Standard for health and dental also some type of health safety net they dont cover anything but extractions and cleaning and x-rays so I am pretty much out of luck,I hope that changes sometime soo..I have been praying to god to help me

We have some ideas, clinics and places you can call in Tennessee. Whether they can provide the dental care you need we are not sure, but you will need to make the calls and see what they can do for you. First of all, here is a listing of dental clinics and centers in Tennessee.

Also more importantly will need antibiotics due to what I believe to be periodontal abscess on my gun line due to an infection at the site. Most places I have found so far only offer extractions (which I DO NOT want at all) and also have a waiting list a that spans at least a month. This is an infection that needs to be dealt with asap before it spreads to the rest of my body. t is very painful as well. I can not afford much at all. You can try a clinic. There are some sites and use this link for dental clinics. They may be able to take care of that need. Or at the very least tell you who to call for that type of dental work.
