Adult Day Care

Hi, my name is Deborah, I was given this information about Adult Day Care for me from one of the Medi-Cal workers who called me. I am a senior citizens with a disability. I'm on the Special Needs program through Medi-Cal affiliated with Kaiser Permanente. I am several months behind on my bills and need assistance at home from a nurse or day care for seniors. I applied for SHRA2, but still waiting to hear from them. I submitted my application to them in March of this year. I would appreciate any help you can provide. I reside in Elk Grove, California.

We have some programs and agencies to call for both of those counties in Kentucky. Hopefully they will have information on the day care that you need. Find Kentucky assistance programs, and the counties are listed midway down the page. Many agencies do have specific programs for senior citizens and the elderly, so maybe the programs for those counties in Kentucky exist.

Looking for Adult Day care assistance in the Boyle/Lincoln County areas of KY. We are not sure what the VA (where he recieves his medical care for free) in that area will pay for as far as the day care that is located in the Hospital in Danville KY or the Senior Citizens Center. Are there other actual daycares available for him in that area or are these the only two options? We would also like information on transportation options for him as my Grandmother no longer drives. We only need information at this time not necessarily resources. Thank you very much for any and all help.
