Since the income is at $660 a month your mom should definitely check MaineCare at https://www.maine.gov/dhhs/oms/mainecare-options, even if she already has Medicare or that limited dental insurance. MaineCare has comprehensive adult dental now for people that may qualify and seems she is likely too, but it can cover fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures and extractions and more. Call 1-800-977-6740 and ask about both eligibility and dentists near her that take it.
Also try Dental Lifeline Network of Maine at 207-620-8276. They provide donated dental care for people over 65 who can't afford treatment, although they only have openings in certain counties right now, so ask if hers is one of them. Lastly we have some dental clinics for Maine listed on our site.
