Dakota County resources needed for everything
I'm completely in the middle of a significantly hard situation where I'm 14 weeks pregnant, sleeping in my fiancé's truck, and everything I have applied for is a dead end due to being homeless. I don't know what else to do.
I don't have any gas in my car, and everything I owned I have pawned. For the first two weeks of being homeless, August 1st–10th, I had to make it with enough food and gas to get to my doctor's appointment, my Monday–Saturday methadone clinic, and the church we go to Monday through Thursday for a free dinner.
My name's Krista, and I have no more ideas on what or how to make it in the back of a truck with no food, water, no way to drive our truck to my clinic tomorrow morning, and without the basic human needs to survive.
I'm currently in Dakota County, and I can get WIC, but I have no clue how I can get there without any gas. I have contacted Neighbors, the organization that provides help and food support, but they are denying a gas card and Cub gift card because I don't have an address, and I cannot use the food shelves either.
I have no one else who has a few minutes to even think about helping me with anything because it's "not their problem."
