Chair lift needed & can’t afford it. What to do?

I am emailing you on behalf of my elderly mother.
My 75-year-old mother was forced to have her house elevated to 10 ft as she is by a flood zone.
The first few years she was able to climb the many steps to enter her house. This last year has been hard getting her in and out of the house for outings and doctor appointments. She has developed severe vertigo and Glaucoma among other health problems. Couple of weeks ago she had a medical emergency, and the emergency team had to carry her out as the bed did not fit up the stairway. I read about chair lifts for her but we can't afford one so what do we do?
Her quality of life has deteriorated so much in the last year because of the lack of mobility. If we could get her in and out of the house in an elevator, she would be able to enjoy outings, etc. also making it safe for her to be medically removed if necessary and done quickly.
I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction to begin this search. She is financially unable to afford to have an elevator or lift installed, so I am desperately hoping someone can help me, help her.

I need a permanent place with the deposit being 500 and the rent being 1000 and a chair life running in thousands. I found a woman who is willing to rent her back house that has a lift to me providing me with stable housing.
I currently fully disabled by the state and I have applied for GR and SSI disability that I will be able to sustain the rent, I was just hoping for some assistance to get settled in there as I don’t have any savings and not currently working as I get stable with my mental health.

Hi there, I was referred by a social worker to contact you for help and resources for my family and I, which is we need a chair life. I have four boys, my youngest Evan is 6 months now. He was one with congenital heart disease at five days while he had open heart surgery to repair coarctation of the aorta, so he would use the chair lift.
My husband is disabled and is a stay at home parent. I'm currently looking for at home work. We are falling behind on bills and could use any help.

Hi I have a question and I really pray you can either help me out or maybe send me to the correct place for a chair lift.
Ok so my mom is disabled and has many things wrong with her, with the most serious high blood pressure. Most is a stroke that made her right side half paralyzed and she also has RSD, CHF, COPD and few other things. She is on disability and is72. So I'm trying to get help with getting her a stair lift and there very expensive and no way we can afford it. She had to goo down 2 sets of steps and then can't breath and called 911 few times and she died one time over it and thank goodness came back.
So if there's a program or anything that can help us get this chair lift, which may help her reduce her high blood pressure. I've sadly almost dropped her and need this so bad.
