Lexington SC programs to pay bills needed. Help me.

My name is Marie and I live in Lexington, SC. I am a single mother of 2 kids, and I don't know where else to turn too because we haven't had hot water in 2 1/2 months now. I have made several reports to the police about my ex-husband, but no one will help me. I am unemployed now but suffer from migraines that mimic strokes so it can be a challenge with work which I was let go of recently. The hot water in my home runs from propane which I can't afford to fill up the tank and I am falling behind on other bills too. Any help would be appreciated.
