Where to get help in Cleveland County Arkansas?

I live in Arkansas, in Cleveland County, in the town of New Edinburg. I have been unemployed as of May 8th of this year. My previous employer denied my unemployment benefits request, what money I had was used to pay my bills.
I am currently without car insurance, and without phone service and food. I am unable to search for work; I have no one to help me. My situation seems quite hopeless; I reach out to you in a final effort for a solution to my troubles. All I need is my phone activated, car insurance paid, and just enough gas for a month or less, please help me.
