Great to look out for your brother and so sad. We hope he fights it and recovers. While we are not sure if community health centers will cover it (even less options in a rural area like Marion County AL, but see this page for Alabama community clinic list.
Also maybe try the Cancer Society in Alabama at https://www.cancer.org/about-us/local/alabama.html
