Arnaudville - St. Landry Parish help needed

I am trying to seek information for my brother. My brother is on disability and makes about $920 a-month. He lives in Arnaudville Louisiana. He does receive a small amount of food stamps as he struggles to get groceries. I help him every month with a little money for his medication. The problem is he needs new glasses and everywhere he goes it would cost him $400- $500. He said I cannot afford that.
I am wondering if there are any programs that he can look into to receive eyeglasses. Any help would be appreciated.
