We've Never been in this situation before, So I looked for guidance online, & found "Marketplace Health" Website.
The website informed me, I qualified for TX State Aid Benefits & To Call their Office, if I didn't hear from them in a few days. Which I did, Weekly, & every time I was told the same thing; "It can take up to 30-45 days to receive my, Original
'Market Place Application'"
This went on throughout the entire month of June. At the End of June, I got a Letter from TX Benefits, the Houston Office, Denying my claim. Stating Missed Deadlines"
However, I Had Not Received ANY Mail, Calls, Emails, Etc.!
At that time, I filed a complaint & was advised to re-submit an application Directly with "TX Benefits", Which I did!
It's Now, Aug. & I am being told the same thing.... "They have Not Received my application", Even though I have a screen shot of it Being Processed!!
