Who can give free eye exams in glasses in Texas?

Good afternoon I was trying to find out what are the requirements for the Lions club to help with eye exams and glasses. My husband had quadruple bypass surgery last month and is out of work. I'm currently looking for a job but haven't found one yet. My husband needs new glasses, but we have no income coming in. He applied for disability, but we are still waiting for that. I need my eyes checked. I may need glasses. We would appreciate it if all could help.
We are in Brownwood, Texas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. God blesses.

I'm looking for help in Hunt County, Texas. I desperately need eye exam and glasses. I'm unemployed and no income with no insurance. Lost food help and I broke since last year but I need help to get glasses and exam so I can get a job. Since, I'm having severe Migraines from eye strain and stress at least 3 days a week and they last a minimum of 10 hours. I wear bifocal or progressive lenses. My eyes are opposite, I was stabbed, almost blinded in my 20s. So glasses aren't cheap.
