Behind on my Ally car loan and who helps?

Hey my name is Alexandria. I'm 24 and a single mother. I have a 4 year old. A 13 year old brother who is autistic and a 46 year old mother who is on dialysis three times a week and is in a wheel chair and is needing a heart pace put in. I am currently employed here in Villa Rica as a part timer. I'm looking for financial help for us. We have a car but the Ally loan we used to buy it is past due.
It's so hard for us to make appointments, me to get to work and mom to get to dialysis. Is there anywhere that will help us maybe a loan or somewhere we can get a car from with no money down? So we can then sell the other car and repay Ally with it?
Somewhere to help us with bills as well. I just can't stand to see my mother going through all of this in her final days. If you could please get back with me. Thank you so much. God bless!

I receive social security disability, which monthly electronically deposited allotment just barely helps me defray the costs of living in general, and paying down an Ally car loan in particular.
