Air conditioner needed in PA and I have no money

Good Afternoon, my husband and I are in a bad situation where we can't pay our bills as our AC broke. Repairs to fix it $1200.00 plus electricity, which will be around $300.00 or more because we have to run 2 air conditioner's as we live in an RV in rural PA with our 5 kitties. My husband is trying to get a handyman business started and isn't enough for us to live on yet. Can someone either fix our air conditioner or Get us a new one? Thank you! Sincerely Katy

Hi,
I live in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania.  I currently live in the elderly and disabled apartments run by HUD.  HUD came with a new rule that we can’t use window air conditioners anymore because of the firemen can’t get in the window.  I was wondering if you knew of some agency that will help elderly and low income people to get a floor model air conditioner.  It gets way to hot in my apartment and unfortunately I don’t have a lot of money to buy one.  Thank you for your time.  Jessica
