Pay $700 for the Spire bill? That seems like a big commitment. Did you try the programs that help with Spire bills in Missouri? As there are payment plans, government programs, non-profits and more.

However, my gas service is back off due to the commitment not being honored as stated to me and Spire. This is very disappointing. This is the second time that your organization has made a promise to pay one amount but paid something different. I don't understand how this keeps happening.
Can someone please contact me? I would really like some clarification as to what happened. I thank you and appreciate your time in this matter.
