We are sorry for your struggles, but why did you move (which is costly) if not financially stable? Also the job market is booming in Solana County and nationwide - it should be no problem to like get a job tomorrow to help with your rent. Regardless, here are some rent assistance programs in Vallejo to try, but if you are not stable it is unlikely you will get help as you have no path to stability.

I am writing to formally request emergency rental assistance and to explain my current financial hardship.
I recently moved to Vallejo from American Canyon and am currently receiving CalFresh benefits. Unfortunately, due to [unresolved depression and mental health crisis , job loss, Deaths of family members, Fiance], I am unable to keep up with my rent payments.
I am doing everything I can to remain housed, but my income or no income at all is not enough right now to cover rent and other basic needs. I am at risk of losing my housing, and I’m asking for help to avoid becoming homeless.
I am committed to stabilizing my situation and am actively seeking work / additional support as I work through this difficult time. I would deeply appreciate any assistance your program can provide — whether rental help, temporary housing, or referrals to services.
Please let me know if you need any additional documentation or information. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Jennifer
