I live in Tyler, Texas in Smith County
I moved to Tyler to be closer to my brother, he and I are the last living in our family, he will be 80 years old this month and a week ago his wife passed away.
I am 67 years on a limited income. I have used all my savings to pay my rent. I haven't been able to find a job and now I am in a desperate situation. My electric bill is increasing because it's so hot outside. Please let me know who can help me.
