Where can I get help in Alamo TX?

Hello, my name is Wingate and I live in Alamo, TX 78516. As of Sept. 2024, I was diagnosed with Inoperable Pancreas Cancer. I am starting my 15 months of Chemotherapy/Radiation Treatments and make trips to MD Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston, TX.
I have been designated "Disabled" by Social Security, and I am unable to work. Therefore, I receive Long Term Disability via my Employer. However, my employer, SUNOCO, INC., has me listed as "Leave of Absence", which could be terminated any day.
During the past year, my Wife also was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She has had a Double Mastectomy and is now undergoing Long Term Reconstruction. My Wife had to obviously stop working for several months, but is now back to work at a "Light Duty/Limited” status.
We have a 6-year-old daughter here at home with us.
I am a Veteran.
I am inquiring to any possible financial hardship assistance through your programs such as mortgage, electricity, food, etc.
