As you indicated, you have a whole list of needs. We highly doubt what you ask for is realistic, but there are home care programs, options like PACE, Meals on Wheels and others you can try listed here, at home care for the disabled.

There’s That And Also I need a driver that I can Go to the Store and or to a doctor of my choosing that not part of Medicaid. So that Is what I really need is an On-call Nurse and daytime driver that would take me places Were I need And Want to go. I not asking for a hand out just a place I can call home and begin to get back on focusing on my health. I now reside with my Mom but it is very hard. It is difficult living on the second floor.
