Anway to get a foreclosure extended?
To Whom This May Concern,
The purpose of this email. Residence Case #: D-1329-CV-201802326 regarding a "Foreclosure Eviction". I did not receive these documents in the mail until Tuesday and I was informed that upon the receipt of these documents, so I need an extension to review the docs and get help. I would have at least 30 days to either rectify the issue or move out.
Now, I am hearing 7 days ??.
I totally regret this entire financial issue and have been diligently working on a solution and have contacted HUD both email and phone messages with no reply and I was on the understanding that I would have at least 30 days upon receipt of this documentation which was Tuesday December 9, 2024. They, the (Sheriff's Office), is going into action here this weekend and this is an emergency and between unanswered email's and phone messages this is not fair in any way shape or form. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY !!
I would really like to request an extension and I am still trying to keep my home. I wish HUD would get back and I know I am eligible for assistance. I have even been in their office 8 months ago or so checking on this very topic. Contacting by email would be the best and leaving a direct phone number for direct contact.
God Bless You All and have a very pleasant weekend.
