Tree on my property I need help to remove

Good Afternoon,
I am single, 61 and raising two grandchildren. I don't work in order to homeschool my grandchildren who have special needs.
I have a tree that was planted by a previous owner. It is dying due to growing into the deck. The tornado that came through in May further damaged the tree. Six others came down but I was able to get those cleaned up with help. I have tried calling several numbers looking for assistance. I can not afford $2000 to have the tree removed. I broke my back last summer trying to clear gutters so I am not able to even attempt cutting it up myself. I have been lucky so far. Large branches have fallen from the tree on the deck or in a direction away from my home. I fear my luck is running out as the tree continues to die and pose a threat to my family and home.

My neighbors have been up there, and they don't see any damage to my house. I am 80 my only income is SS in the amount of1550.00 a month.
