Live in Naugatuck CT and need a place to help with bills

Good morning. I am looking to find out, what if any one time help I can find with my rent and/or electric bill. I am a single mom who lost my home after 18 years I'm living in Naugatuck CT in a condo. I work full time for the region 15 school system and have fallen behind during the lower income over the summer. I would appreciate any help possible. Thank you Melissa.
