To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to inquire about how my Brother In-Law who live in Bethlehem can go about applying for assistance with his rent.
My younger sister has been in ICU for the past 3 weeks. As a result of this as well as her declining health prior to her admission to the hospital, this has affected work which in turn has affected payment of rent, bills etc. My brother in-law has asked me to help him reach out to see what he would have to do as well as where he can go.
My sister, Lenora is currently in ICU in Bethlehem, PA.
Any help that you can give me or point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
