Where can I get rent help in Lancaster PA?

My boyfriend and I are being evicted and have to be out of this apartment on the 28th of this month. We have found a few apartment options but need help with first months rent and security. I live in Lancaster county and am not sure who to reach out to for help. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Teresa
I'm in desperate need of help with my rent. I am never one to ask for help, have been here 4 years as a single mom of two and am petrified of losing our home that I have worked so hard to keep even through most hard times. i have fallen short due to work cuts the last 2 months, I have pulled every string even down to selling many of my things to get to this point, but i just can not cut it this month.
I appreciate your time and if unable to help, hoping for even possible information.
