Hi,
That is great of you trying to help your parents. Find details on various resources, including food distribution hubs, places to apply at for montary donations from the community, and government affiliated resources in Henderson County NC. All of these are focused on people impacted by the Hurricane. https://visithendersonvillenc.org/helene-relief

As far as some of the other local, year round charity programs in Hendersonville County including free furniture banks, assistance programs for bills and more, look here for them. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... e_pr1.html

Lost everything in Hendersonville NC from Helene

Post by Terrance »

Good afternoon
I am writing on behalf of my parents, Loyd and Verna from Hendersonville NC. They were affected by the terrible floods that occurred last weekend from Hurricane Helene. Their home is severely damaged as well as most household items, some appliances, and almost all of the power tools, lawnmower, etc. I was told that Salvation Army or some charity or the government may be able to provide some relief. I'm not sure where to begin the process. Any direction you can provide is appreciated.
