Where to apply for Christmas gifts in Baltimore for my kids?

Hello, my name is Shamara, I'm a single mother in Baltimore and need of some Christmas assistance. I have two kids, a daughter name Tavia age 11, and a son Ta'ziyah age 9. Ta'ziah also has autism, so it’s very hard for me financially. I can not afford anything or my bill. I'm not sure how to go about any thanksgiving or Christmas food boxes or any type of gift lists you could help me with I would be so happy.
I hate having to ask for help with upcoming Christmas for my boys but not sure what else to do. I just got out off the hospital for heart problems and was in the trauma unit at Baltimore City med for it stopping and than on internal medicine floor. I still have a lot of appointments and am trying to go to school. Please help.
