Hi, It really depends on location and franchise area. Call them and ask. But we do have other food programs listed for Kern County CA, including pantries and CalFresh intake sites. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... ounty.html
Also the pantries for Kern County will ideally direct you to other support like for water and more.

To whom it may concern, I'm a single male that will be 64 this coming August. I'm retired, income is under $1300 a month, located in California, Kern County and live right next to a Wendy's in a trailer park. Have two pending knee replacements and a Diabetic 2, residing in a trailer with no running water. Recently my EBT CalFresh was lowered to $23, never understood why. Wondering with the new administration, and all the fraud that's been found, with social security, EBT, etc. given to none citizens. Your thoughts on a new evaluation on my benefits to get my EBT to pay for a meal at Wendys. Thank you look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi,
It depends on your state. As some places, such as Wendys and other fast food locations, do take EBT. We have some background on the concept, why and how people can use food stamps and restaurants and more. Background info is here. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... _snap.html
I am wondering if my mom and her husband can get free hot meals at Wendy’s using their food stamps. They live in St. Mary’s county in Maryland. My mom is 90 and she has fallen several times and she loves Wendy food and has as a kid.
She suffered a concussion and is now forgetting everything. She has forgotten how to cook! I would like to use her EBT card to try to remind her of Wendys. Her husband does not do well with grocery shopping. They are not eating very well. No one in our family lives close enough to do much.
