I am unemployed and need help paying electric bill and water bill. Electric is due to be disconnected 01/21/2011 (day after tomorrow). Water won't be shut off till 26th. I was hoping my income tax would come in before those were due but it doesn't look like that is gonna happen, estimated date on that is Jan 28th. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Btw, I inherited my house from my parents and have never bothered to change the utilities over into my name, don't know if that matters, but I thought I would add that info
