Hi,
There are a couple ways your kids may get a Chromebook. Sometimes charities give them out as part of free back to school supply events. But this is a little more rare as generally clothes, backpacks, and more "basic" stuff is offered, but look here for details on free school supplies for the low-income.

Another options may be using government benefits to get a Chromebook. As some states offer it is part of Lifeline. There are also non-profits like Everyone On that give students laptops or Chromebooks. Anyway, here is a list of free Chromebook programs to try. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... uters.html

Where can my kids get a Chromebook for school?

Post by KatArina »

Hello I am a resident of Dallas Texas. Due to recent events at my work and company cutbacks I am having a really hard time getting my kids school supplies and they also need a Chromebook for notes or online learning. I am back at work with less hours however due to struggles of company I have less money. I am the only provider in my household. Any assistance to get a Chrome book for my 2 kids in high school or supplies direction will be greatly appreciated. I don’t know how much longer I can take. Please and thank you.
