We posted this a few times. When someone has a service, like Cricket or any phone bill, help is limited. Since I need work and to talk to my mom, internet is my only lifeline at the moment. I recently got approved for the EBB program and am waiting on a phone they can send me. So was inquiring if there was any potential help (funds) available for internet and to pay the upcoming Centurylink phone bills.
My internet is about to be cut off at any point in time Now and am surprised it's still on, seeing as my bill was due on the 25th of this last month. I currently live in West Des Moines Iowa and am a single mother to two young children...since COVID hit, it has completely ruined my life and everything that; just everything. I'm alone out here with my two kids as I've mentioned wit no readily available resources, let alone just available resources. No family, nothing. The bus doesn't even come out to where I stay...as this may seem like a cry for help...it kind of is. Without the sob story, where do I turn for help with my bills including Centurylink phone and internet as number one? Can you help? Thank you so much for your time...Sincerely, Andrea.
