Hello I am trying to help out my older brother who is currently homeless and is on disability. We are in the Scottsbluff NE area. He currently has no where to go and no one to turn to, we have tried several places but keep getting turned away. I am reaching out to you in hopes you will be able to help me or possibly point me in the right direction for a homeless shelter or some other assistance for a homeless person.
