Hi James
Cedartown GA is a rural area, but there is financial help for bills there and across Polk County. But the resources are limited. But that is great of you to look out for a neighbor, especially and elderly widow. But find details on assistance programs in Polk County here. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... unty_.html

Looking for help in Cedartown to pay bills
I am writing you because my neighbor in Cedartown needs help. She is an old widow woman who is living in virtual poverty. Her house is run down, and her car barley works. She has had her utilities turn off a few times this year. The Transmission needs repair as well as her house. She lives in Cedartown Georgia. Her name is Opal. She lives alone and is on a fixed income.
I have started a crowd funding fund raiser on Face book to try to raise money to help her. She is not aware of this as of yet. I have asked her many times in the past if she needed anything, but she is a proud woman and has always told me no. I would like to get her some help for her bills and to fix her house. If you are interested in helping a poor African American widow who is on a fixed income write me back. If not then I will keep trying to find ways to help her on my own and will keep asking God for his guidance. Cordially, James.
