That type of car help (registration, etc.) you requested is rare in Cape Girardeau and really anywhere. Does Spark Delivery have options for you? Anyway, there are some local places you can try for referrals or help with those other bills in Cape Girardeau and here is the list.

Hello,
I was reading everything that could be helped with in Cape Girardeau. I was wondering if it would be possible to get financial help with what I have going on.
I am disabled / on disability & I have a vehicle that I haven’t been able to pay the taxes / registration fees on. I am making payments on it which are outrageous, but I needed something to get back and forth to my doctor appointments. I have several every month. I had my old plates on it, and they were expired and accrued 5 tickets for not being registered. That put me further in a bind and then I got pulled over again last Sunday and he confiscated my plates but let me leave with a seatbelt ticket because he knew I couldn’t afford another nonregistration ticket, even though I had my seat belt on .
I also do Spark delivery for Walmart on the days I’m feeling good. My nephew helps me out with that so I can have that little bit of extra income to cover my monthly bills & having to park my vehicle is further putting me in a financial bind. The payment was due Wednesday & I didn’t have a way to pay it. I missed 3 doctor appointments this week as well.
Is there any type of help I can get or anything. I need money for all my bills including the car. As if I can't work my food will be unbought and my electric bill be turned too. I can even make a payment plan to pay it back. My credit isn’t good I’ve already applied for several loans. I’m just at a loss on what to do right now.
I’m currently staying with my mother in Cape Girardeau MO. I left an abusive relationship with Rolla about 3-4 weeks ago. I don’t know of anywhere to reach out to down here for this type of help.
