Hello my name is Precious. I'm a substitute schoolteacher with Newport News public schools and I sprained my ankle and have been out of work on and off for the past two weeks. That missing income is putting me behind on my bills. I'm having trouble with the gas bill - the electric bill.  I can manage the water and the food, but I wasn't sure how to go about getting help with the gas and the electric bill. I may also need some money for my rent too for the upcoming month. Can you please help me figure this out in Newport News? Thank you sincerely Miss J.
