Is it possible to get affordable housing in Concord CA?

The main NHPB site has more information on local rent assistance programs.

Hi Nilam
We are not an officer nor do we operate/have housing. We provide resources and information, but that being said we have info on rent assistance in the Concord area as well as Contra Costa County. The housing and rent assistance programs you can try are here. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/htm ... assis.html

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Nilam, and I am currently a student at Berkely City College. I am writing to express my interest in renting a 2-bedroom affordable house in the Concord area.

Dear officer
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Nilam, and I am currently a student at Berkely City College. I am writing to express my interest in renting a 2-bedroom affordable house in the Concord area.
As a student, my budget is somewhat limited. However, I am very eager to find a comfortable and affordable place to call home, where I can focus on my studies and have my sister live with me as well. We are looking for a rental that offers a good balance between affordability and a safe, quiet environment conducive to studying.
If you have any available properties that might suit our needs in Concord California or the area, I would greatly appreciate more information on the rental terms, monthly rent, and any additional costs. We are particularly interested in a property that provides easy access to public transportation and essential amenities.
Thank you very much for considering my inquiry. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
